Working closely with Project Managers, CAD teams, fabrication shops, field operations, procurement teams, and customers, you'll develop and maintain schedules that drive decision-making and keep projects aligned with key milestones and deliverables.\nYou'll help balance manpower forecasting, fabrication flow, procurement activities, and construction sequencing while providing project teams with the information they need to manage risk and optimize performance.\nThis is an opportunity to develop advanced scheduling expertise while making a direct impact on project success across some of the industry's most complex and challenging projects.\nWhat You'll Lead\nDevelop, maintain, and manage engineering, fabrication, and construction schedules from project initiation through completion\nWork closely with Project Managers, engineers, designers, procurement teams, construction managers, contractors, and project stakeholders to develop detailed project schedules\nBuild resource-loaded schedules that include critical activities, major milestones, procurement requirements, approvals, and key project deliverables\nIntegrate customer schedules with internal project schedules and provide visibility into schedule impacts and constraints\nAnalyze project schedules to identify risks, delays, conflicts, and opportunities for improvement\nMonitor fabrication milestones, design deadlines, procurement activities, and construction progress to ensure alignment with project objectives\nReview customer baseline schedules and schedule updates for accuracy, integrity, and potential impacts to project execution\nAssist project teams in developing acceleration plans and delay mitigation strategies\nMaintain production tracking information and ensure schedule data supports operational planning efforts\nGenerate labor forecasting and resource planning reports to support workforce management initiatives\nParticipate in weekly project and production meetings to review progress, priorities, and schedule performance\nPrepare schedule reports, presentations, and documentation to support project reviews and risk assessments\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and project controls\nMentor and support team members in scheduling best practices and planning methodologies\nProvide timely communication and reporting to project stakeholders throughout all phases of execution\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\n5+ years of relevant experience in construction, project controls, planning, scheduling, or a related technical role\nPreferred experience in a dedicated scheduling or project controls position\nProficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, or similar platforms\nStrong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles\nKnowledge of Takt Planning, Last Planner System methodologies, and advanced scheduling techniques\nExperience developing and managing complex project schedules across multiple stakeholders\nAbility to analyze schedule data and identify risks, delays, and performance trends\nStrong understanding of construction processes, specifications, methods, and procedures\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation\nKnowledge of MEP construction sequencing and predecessor activities preferred\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines\nDemonstrated ability to influence project outcomes through planning and coordination\nWhy Build Your Career at RK\nBuild meaningful projects.
