Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nRequired Skills\nStrong business-partnering skills with the ability to translate service-line demand and utilization goals into actionable resource plans.\nAdvanced knowledge of resource management, workforce planning, capacity forecasting, scheduling, and talent deployment.\nStrong analytical skills to interpret workforce metrics, identify trends and risks, and provide practical recommendations.\nAbility to develop actionable forecasts, dashboards, KPIs, reports, and recommendations that improve utilization and operational effectiveness.\nStrong critical-thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.\nExcellent communication, relationship-building, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to establish credibility across the firm.\nKnowledge of professional-services metrics, including utilization, productivity, realization, leverage, and capacity, preferred.\nProficiency in ProStaff or similar resource-planning systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with data-visualization tools preferred.\nAbility to lead continuous improvement and change-management initiatives that strengthen resource strategy, processes, reporting, data quality, and technology adoption.\nHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and accountability.\nEducation, Experience and Certifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, human resources, operations, finance, analytics, or a related field;
