We integrate industrial design, mechanical engineering, and\nelectronics to deliver production-ready systems for global clients.\nThe\nEngagement\nWe\nare seeking a mid-level Mechanical or CAD Designer (contract/freelance) with strong SolidWorks experience to support reconciliation of a beta prototype\nwith its 3D CAD database.\nThe\nproduct is in a working beta stage. The core architecture is established. The\nimmediate need is detailed, methodical CAD updating to reflect the current beta\nprototype and documentation alignment to prepare the database for production\nassembly reference as the CAD database may lack detail around mounting plates,\nwiring harnesses and other components were added in the build of the beta unit.\nThis\nis a hands-on CAD-intensive role suited for someone highly comfortable working\nin large assemblies and managing detailed updates.\nKey\nResponsibilities\n1.\nBeta Prototype vs. CAD Review\nReview physical betaprototype against existing SolidWorks assembly\n\nIdentify discrepanciesbetween as-built hardware and current 3D CAD\n\nDocument differencesin geometry, mounting, fasteners, routing, and interfaces\n\n2.\n3D CAD Database Updates\nUpdate largeSolidWorks assemblies to reflect the current working prototype\n\nResolve interferencesand misalignments discovered during reconciliation\n\nMaintain properassembly structure, part references, and configurations\n\nEnsure clean,organized, production-ready model structure\n\n3.\n2D Documentation Updates\nUpdate 2D drawings toreflect revised 3D geometry\n\nRevise dimensions,tolerances, materials, and notes as required\n\nMaintain revisioncontrol and drawing standards\n\nEnsure drawing packagealigns with updated BOM and assembly structure\n\nRequired\nQualifications\nApproximately 4-7years of product development experience\n\nStrong proficiency in SolidWorks(large assemblies required) / 3D + 2D CAD\n\nExperience updatingand maintaining complex 3D CAD databases\n\nExperience generatingand revising detailed 2D production drawings\n\nStrong attention todetail and methodical documentation skills\n\nAbility to workindependently within an established engineering structure\n\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering\n\nExperience with sheetmetal and injection-molded parts\n\nFamiliarity withelectromechanical assemblies (PCBs, wiring, motors,
