Working Student Purchasing - Indirect Goods (m/w/f)

Your role and responsibilities

• Support in the procurement of indirect goods
• Maintenance of order confirmations in the relevant systems
• Obtaining and comparing quotations in terms of price, delivery time, and conditions
• Creating and submitting purchase orders to suppliers
• Monitoring open orders and following up on delivery dates
• Supporting fleet management activities
• Assisting with reporting and analyses

Your profile and qualifications

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Interest in purchasing and procurement processes
• Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
