Our team puts a lot of effort into creating a unique development plan to enhance each team member's skills and focus on work- life balance as a key component. The Groundskeepers will work 40 hours a week with every other weekend off.\nGroundskeeper 1\nEntry Level position to employees new to the Golden Ocala with no golf course experience\nAbility / Willingness to learn new tasks and operate different types of equipment as required\n\nExpected to operate all equipment at a high level once trained\n\nAbility to provide the extra level of detail / cleanliness from the shop area to the golf course\n\nPassion for continuous learning\n\nGroundskeeper 2\nShould have experience as a laborer with appropriate grasp of golf course conditions and standards.\n\nBasic knowledge of equipment used on golf courses and for golf course maintenance.\n\nThis is an ideal position for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude who thrives in a culture that encourages individuals to make decisions independently and learn how to use their time productively.\n\nMust have a TEAM mentality.
