Backed by $16M from top VCs and YC (W25), our marketplace and platform are used by startups, Fortune 500 companies and frontier labs.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking a Product Manager to own product work for our data marketplace. You’ll make it easier for data vendors to create high-quality RL environments and training data using HUD’s tools. You’ll work closely with engineering, research, and GTM to turn technical and operational needs into product decisions.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the marketplace product lifecycle, from understanding vendor and buyer needs through prioritization, launch, and iteration\n\nImprove how vendors onboard, submit work, understand quality feedback, and manage their offerings on HUD\n\nImprove how research teams discover, assess, and access environments and training data that meet their needs\n\nWork with engineering, research, GTM, and operations to turn complex requirements and manual processes into reliable platform workflows\n\nDefine and track measures of marketplace health, product adoption, and user experience; use feedback and product data to decide what to build next\n\nExperience\nYou may be a good fit if you have:\nExperience owning a live software product from discovery through launch and iteration\n\nStrong product judgment and the ability to simplify technically complex workflows for users\n\nExperience talking directly with users, identifying the problem behind a request, and turning what you learn into clear priorities\n\nAbility to balance user needs, business impact, and engineering constraints when making product decisions\n\nComfort using qualitative feedback and quantitative signals to assess whether a product change worked\n\nClear written communication and the ability to bring engineers and other partners together around decisions in an ambiguous environment\n\nStrong candidates may also have:\nExperience with marketplaces or products serving two distinct groups of users\n\nFamiliarity with AI training data, evaluations, and RL environments\n\nExperience building a product function or establishing product practices on a growing team\n\nEarly-stage startup experience and strong communication skills for collaboration across teams and time zones\n\nWe prioritize technical aptitude and learning potential over years of experience. Motivated candidates are encouraged to apply even if they don't meet all criteria.\nTeam & company details\nTeam Size : ~25 people currently, mostly full-time in-person, but some remote.\n\nOur team: Our team includes 4 International Olympiad medalists (IOI, ILO, IPhO), serial AI startup founders, and researchers with publications at ICLR, NeurIPS, etc.\n\nCompany stage: We have 8 figures in funding and are scaling profitably and quickly to meet very strong demand.\n\nLogistics\nEmployment : Full-time.\n\nLocation : We have offices in San Francisco or Singapore but are open to remote candidates who can work hours that 70-80% overlap with either San Francisco or Singapore time zones.\n\nVisa Sponsorship : We provide support for relocation and visas for strong full-time candidates to the US or Singapore.\n\nTimeline : Applications are rolling.
