professionally.\nRole Overview\nRLB is building an enterprise AI capability to transform how our people work and how we deliver services to clients.\nWe are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to become the technical partner to the Head of AI, helping turn the strategy and vision into practical solutions that deliver real business value.\nYou will focus on the design, build and the support of AI agents, copilots and intelligent workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Claude and related technologies.\nWorking across the business, you will create solutions that connect to data, automate processes and provide intuitive user experiences that colleagues want to use.\nThis is a hands-on technical delivery role suited to someone who enjoys building, experimenting and delivering working products rather than dealing with strategies, operating models or politics.\nAll responsibilities are to be delivered in accordance with RLB security policies and the guidelines and security standards set by the Head of Infrastructure and Security.\nAI Solution Design & Delivery\nDesign, build and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real business challenges.\nTranslate business requirements into practical AI applications, agents and workflows.\nRapidly prototype ideas and progress successful concepts into production-ready solutions.\nWork closely with stakeholders to identify automation and productivity opportunities.\nAgent Development & Automation\nBuild and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and other leading AI platforms. \nDevelop multi-step agent workflows that automate business processes and support decision making.\nConfigure prompts, instructions, knowledge sources and integrations to maximise solution effectiveness.\nMonitor and continually improve agent performance based on user feedback and business outcomes.\nData & Integration\nUnderstand APIs, MCP servers and connectors that enable secure access to business systems and data.\nIntegrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint & CRM systems and other enterprise platforms.\nSupport the development of retrieval-based AI solutions using structured and unstructured data sources.\nWork alongside IT and Information Security teams to ensure solutions are secure and scalable.\nProduct & User Experience\nBuild simple, intuitive user experiences that drive adoption and business value.\nDevelop lightweight web applications, dashboards and front-end interfaces to support AI solutions.\nGather user feedback and continuously improve solutions based on real-world solve deployments using modern programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nExperience working directly with stakeholders and non-technical users.\nAbility to bridge the gap between technical capability and user adoption by creating solutions that people genuinely
