You will be supported by experienced professionals, including a dedicated mentor, and provided with the guidance and opportunities needed to achieve professional accreditation. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in construction project management and progress within the profession.\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nAs a Graduate Project Manager, you will support senior members of the Project Management team in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.\n\nYour role will involve contributing to all phases of a project-from the initial concept through design, construction, and into the operational phase of the built asset. You will play a key part in coordinating and communicating with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.\nGraduate Project Managers help ensure that the right actions are taken by the right people at the right time, driving projects forward, meeting deadlines, and delivering real value to our clients.\n\nDay-to-day duties may include:\nRegular liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors\nSupporting procurement processes\nAssisting Senior and Associate Project Managers\nContract administration\nManaging and maintaining project data\nCoordinating the wider project team\nPlanning and tracking key tasks and milestones\nMonitoring and reporting on progress and cost\nAttending site visits and project meetings\nQualifications\nDegree qualified in any Built Environment course or similar technical discipline\nBehaviours\nYou will need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage your time effectively, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service\nYou will also need to be a team player, comfortable building relationships across multidisciplinary teams\nRLB Employee Benefits\nOur culture is built around enabling you to fulfil your potential, so you can look forward to benefits that include:\nHybrid Working - Working patterns to support your work-life balance.
