The role will be an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to provide fire consultancy services from within our existing team.\nRole Responsibilities\nReporting to the Partner, duties will include (but not limited to):\nAssist/Manage a team of fire consultants\nProvide advice to the Partner\nAssist in the completion of PQQ/bid documents\nProvide quality assurance and compliance to the clients\nVisit sites to provide a broad range of fire consultancy services\nProvide Fire advice, guidance and training across the client base\nLiaising with Enforcing Authorities on behalf of clients when required\nAdvising clients on matters of Fire Safety standards and best practice affecting their business\nDevelop the Fire Consultancy Service and assist in providing management financial reporting\nCandidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive approach to the role, and will be delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results. They will be passionate about fire safety and will strive to provide the upmost quality on every commission.\nQualifications\nLevel 5 minimum qualification achieved in Fire Discipline\nExperience\nRobust knowledge of UK fire safety legislation\nStrong technical delivery experience\nMembership of IFE / IFSM or equivalent\nAbility to successfully direct and manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner\nTrack record in successful line management and development of team members\nExperience with developing new relationships and securing new business\nClient facing, ensuring high standards of technical delivery\nAble to build long-term client relationship\nExperience of prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines\nA team player, outgoing, flexible and motivated\nBehaviours\nRecognised as a client focused, positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support to their peers and seniors.
