This is an exciting opportunity to join and strengthen RLB’s team while working in a supportive environment, on interesting projects.\n\nThe role presents an opportunity to work across Data Centre projects as well as commercial, life sciences and industrial among others in the future while the team continues to develop, diversify and as RLB’s European business continues to grow.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe candidate will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project. \nTo support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances \nTo carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures. \nComply with established commercial/procurement/ contractual strategies. \nTake responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards \nCost Planning and estimating, post contract and procurement duties \nCandidate Profile\nQualifications\nDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline. \nExperience\nMechanical & Electrical and Cost Management experience. \nCSA Cost Management experience \nData Centre experience \nProven technical / project delivery experience. Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation \nStakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts \nA track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines. \nBehaviours\nRecognised as a positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support.
