The Applications Analyst will work closely with project teams, clients, and technical specialists to understand client requirements, configure and test solutions, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and ensure a smooth transition to full production.\nHow You'll Spend Your Time\n\nWork with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business and technical requirements in order to ensure a clear understanding of project needs.\nServe as the primary point of contact between team members, clients, and vendors in order to facilitate communication and keep everyone informed about project status and changes.\nPrepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process flows, in order to keep all documents up to date and accessible.\nAssist in configuring systems or software and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance in order to ensure solutions meet client requirements.\nAssist in training clients on new systems or processes in order to enable seamless adoption and a smooth transition to full production.\nWhat Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, alongside excellent time management and prioritisation skills.\nClear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and convey project information to stakeholders.\nA keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and project tracking, with a proactive, problem-solving approach to project challenges.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nFamiliarity with software implementation methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with data analysis tools.\nSincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare, with a knack for working collaboratively alongside clients and technical specialists.\nBy enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
