The Implementation Consultant will lead customer implementations from signed contract through go-live by coordinating project plans, data connectivity, configuration, validation, enablement, and stakeholder alignment.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Time\nLead customer onboarding projects from initial scope through validation, enablement, go-live, and project closeout to ensure customers are successfully implemented\n\nCoordinate data connection and ingestion from EHR and practice-management systems through APIs, SFTP, HL7 feeds, or flat files in order to support customer workflows\n\nConfigure business rules, patient communication workflows, provider and location profiles, Google Business Profile listings, call tracking, and text messaging to meet customer implementation requirements\n\nRun checkpoints, phased launches, and validation activities to confirm platform behavior before scaling to the remaining in-scope population\n\nEducate technical teams and primary business users on the platform, implementation requirements, and customer-specific workflows to support successful adoption\n\nManage project milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and next steps to keep multiple concurrent implementations moving forward\n\nPartner with Customer Success, Support, Education, Sales, and technical teams in order to deliver a coordinated customer experience\n\nWhat Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having\nExperience leading customer-facing implementations, onboarding programs, professional services projects, technical delivery, or complex cross-functional customer initiatives\n\nProven success managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and customer readiness through go-live\n\nIn-depth knowledge of how to work through data flows, integrations, configuration requirements, workflow rules, and validation steps\n\nFamiliarity with APIs, SFTP, HL7, flat-file data exchanges, data ingestion, EHRs, practice-management systems, or healthcare technology\n\nAbility to commute to the Lehi office five days a week\n\nSincere interest in improving healthcare operations, patient engagement, and customer outcomes\n\nA knack for working consultatively and collaboratively within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment\n\nBy enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
