The Manager, Customer Success will establish and scale the Customer Success function, build trusted customer relationships, and develop programs that improve customer outcomes and business growth in support of RLDatix’s mission to deliver safer healthcare for all.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Time\nDevelop and execute Customer Success strategies, processes, and engagement models to drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders in order to understand organizational goals and maximize solution value.\nAnalyze customer health, usage, and performance data to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and improve customer outcomes.\nCollaborate with Sales, Services, Product, and Operations teams in order to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.\nLead the development and growth of the Customer Success program, including mentoring team members and establishing scalable best practices.\nWhat Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having\n8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, or customer-facing leadership roles.\nProven success in driving customer retention, adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth.\nIn-depth knowledge of Customer Success methodologies, customer health management, change management, and executive stakeholder engagement.\nAbility to commute to our Chicago, IL office in a hybrid work environment.\nSincere interest in improving healthcare outcomes through technology, data, and customer partnership.\nA knack for working collaboratively across cross-functional teams while also operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nBy enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
