The Senior Engineer will leverage deep domain expertise to deliver reliable, high-performance code and serve as a go-to expert, elevating engineering standards across the department to drive RLDatix's mission of improving healthcare safety.\nHow You'll Spend Your Time\nDesign and implement scalable software solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and LINQ to deliver reliable, high-performance code aligned with business goals\nSystematically analyse and resolve intricate technical challenges using advanced debugging and analytical techniques in order to maintain application reliability\nBuild and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively detect and address application issues\nImplement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines in order to streamline the delivery of software releases with minimal manual intervention\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications\nMentor engineers and influence design decisions in order to guide architectural strategy across squads\nWhat Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having\n8+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a SaaS product environment\nProven success in independently diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems through advanced analytical thinking and creative problem-solving\nExpert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and LINQ, with advanced knowledge of React (hooks, contexts, performance optimisation, design system integration)\nStrong SQL fundamentals and database optimisation, skilled in CI/CD pipelines, with familiarity in IaC (Terraform) and modern DevOps practices\nIn-depth knowledge of observability strategy across metrics, tracing, and logging, and advanced use of modern AI tools such as Copilot and Claude Code\nFluency in secure coding and privacy-by-design principles, with a fundamental understanding of agile project management techniques\nAbility to work hybrid, 2 days per week from our Skopje office with the remainder from MK territory\nSincere interest in improving healthcare safety\nA knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile squad\nBy enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
