This role supports the creation of scalable service delivery components while building strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nService Solution Development & Implementation\nApply established technical methods to deliver complex customer solutions, ensuring that implementation aligns with routine customer needs.\nSupport custom development activities by recognizing patterns in service delivery challenges and translating them into practical, tailored solutions.\nExecute assigned deployment and integration tasks, adhering to best practices and contributing to high-quality service outcomes for project teams.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Support\nBuild collaborative relationships with internal teams and customer representatives, supporting shared project objectives and quality service delivery.\nIdentify stakeholder requirements by listening actively and responding constructively to diverse technical needs within Services Delivery projects.\nParticipate in partnership initiatives by offering relevant insights and supporting the implementation of tailored solutions under guidance.\nTechnical Problem Diagnosis & Resolution\nUtilize diagnostic tools to examine technical issues and process incidents, focusing on immediate system and service challenges with routine complexity.\nSupport the creation of reliable solutions by recognizing recurring technical faults and escalating non-standard problems for further analysis.\nDocument resolutions and communicate technical findings clearly to team members, fostering shared understanding of routine system challenges.\nAI & Automation-Driven Service Enhancement\nUtilize AI-assisted and automated workflows in routine service delivery tasks, identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency.\nSupport the adoption of automation solutions by recognizing their appropriate use cases and clarifying limitations to immediate teams.\nMonitor and report on the effectiveness of AI-driven enhancements, contributing to continuous improvement within the service delivery context.\nTechnical Domain Application & Quality Assurance\nUtilize core technical knowledge to build and test functional code modules, contributing to reliable and scalable service delivery components.\nParticipate in system validation, regression testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure robust deployment for immediate projects.\nSupport installation engineering and technical validation activities, following established protocols and escalating issues when necessary.\nExperience You Will Need:\nThe ability to deliver application software installations, integrations, software upgrades, application migrations, and database migrations.\nThe ability to lead technical implementation and data conversion projects (ETL) to support customers transitioning to new RLDatix platforms.\nProficient with T-SQL and able to create complex SQL queries to view and manipulate data in a SQL Server database.\nExperienced in working on Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and IIS to support or implement software.\nProficient in creating, updating, and reviewing various file types including XML, CSV, and JSON.\nA firm understanding of LDAP and Federated Authentication (SAML) models.\nA general understanding of the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process.\nAre knowledgeable of networking concepts, such as protocols, ports, VPN, routing, and firewalls.\nDemonstrated ability to apply core technical knowledge to develop functional code modules, participate in system testing, and support the creation of scalable service components.\nExperience utilizing established methods and diagnostic tools to identify, examine, and resolve routine technical issues impacting team operations.\nProven capability to build collaborative relationships and comprehend diverse stakeholder needs in order to support tailored service delivery initiatives.\nUnderstanding of AI-assisted service delivery solutions, including the ability to support automation adoption and create streamlined workflows for routine customer needs.\nAbility to utilize financial data to examine project costs and support project budgeting by creating basic cost-benefit justifications for service initiatives.\nNice to have:\nProject management certification or education (e.g., ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Agile).\nAWS certification (e.g., Foundational, Associate, or Specialty).\nYou have a general understanding of the HL7 message protocol used for the transmission of ADT messages.\nExperience with FHIR would be a bonus.\nExperience with a scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PowerShell)\nWhat You Will Gain:\nJoining our Professional Services team as an Analyst offers you an excellent foundation to accelerate your technical career.
