The role involves handling cash, card, and digital payments, maintaining the cash register, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nWork closely with the Accountant Manager or Branch manager and assist with cash management duties, including wire transfers, cheque requests, deposit reviews, draws, and reconciliation\n\nIssue all receipts for all money received from the customers (Cheque or cash)\n\nBefore any payment, review accounts payable, including invoices, contracts, vouchers and purchase orders for accuracy\n\nPrepare daily the summary report for all payments and receipts to be reviewed by Accountant Manager or Branch Manager,\n\nStrictly follow, monitor and enforce compliance with company procedures about cash handling\n\nAssist from time to time in Fixed Assets count and stocktaking\n\nPerform other duties as assigned by Accountant Manger or Branch Manager\n\nGive every customer immediate and undivided attention, follow through on all customers questions and/or requests\n\nManage costs at reasonable levels and in line with Accountant budget, manage budget\n\nWork closely with the Accountant Manager or Branch Manager and assist with cash management duties,\n\nCollaborate with other related department such sales, administration, workshop and service dept. to make job effectiveness\n\nGive every customer immediate and undivided attention, follow through on all customers questions and /or requests and build relationship between company and other Bank or finance department as necessary.\nJob RequirementsBackground and experience:\n\nBachelors degree/ institute in Accounting or other related business field\n\nOrganizational Awareness\n\nAble to work in team\n\nAbility to solving problems\n\nGood in verbal and writing of communication\n\nKnowledge in accounting system\n\nComputers knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet).\n\nEmail: \n\nTelegram HR Contact Person: https://t.me/RMA_Cambodia_Career\n\nContact HR at: […]\n\nRMA Group is an equal opportunity employer, with a diverse group of colleagues globally representing different cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs.
