# IT Support

1. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ภายในองค์กร เพื่อสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้สามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง2. ให้บริการและสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน (User Support) ในการแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน IT ทั้ง Hardware และ Software เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง โปรแกรม และระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows3. ดำเนินการติดตั้งโปรแกรม (Software Installation) ติดตั้งระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows ใหม่ (Windows Reinstallation) รวมถึงตั้งค่าโปรแกรมและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง4. ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาสภาพคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ IT (Computer Health Checkup) เพื่อให้พร้อมใช้งานและลดปัญหาการขัดข้อง5. ตรวจสอบและอัปเดต Driver, Windows Update และซอฟต์แวร์ต่าง ๆ ให้เป็นเวอร์ชันที่เหมาะสมและมีความปลอดภัย6. จัดเตรียม ติดตั้ง และตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ รวมถึงโปรแกรมที่จำเป็นสำหรับพนักงานใหม่ก่อนเริ่มปฏิบัติงาน7. ตรวจสอบ ติดตาม และแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน IT เบื้องต้น พร้อมประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเมื่อพบปัญหาที่เกินขอบเขตการดูแล8. อื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย Qualifications ทุกเพศ อายุ 30 - 45 ปี วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. – ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, คอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Hardware, Software, ระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows และการแก้ไขปัญหาคอมพิวเตอร์ มีทักษะในการติดตั้งโ
