Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to reduce production downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Track and achieve maintenance KPIs such as Equipment Availability, MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance, and maintenance costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, automation, and robotics systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine reliability and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement planning.
- Lead installation, commissioning, relocation, and upgrades of machinery and facilities.
- Review technical drawings, layouts, and engineering modifications using CAD software.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations, including LOTO and Permit-to-Work procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments to support uninterrupted operations.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or industrial engineering.
- Strong leadership, team management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in maintenance planning, shutdown management, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of CMMS, maintenance budgeting, spare parts management, and cost control.
- Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, P&IDs, and CAD drawings.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle critical equipment breakdowns effectively.
