This is an incredible opportunity to support the construction of some of the most challenging and exciting industrial and water/wastewater/advanced water projects in the Southwest. If you are passionate about innovation and excellence, and ready to take on projects that make a real impact, we want you on our team.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinates directly with Project Engineers and Field Superintendents to support project field operations, including safety and quality - approximately 80% of the Field Engineer’s time will be spent in the field within their assigned area(s).\nSurvey / layout to support quality and accurate installations, including lift drawings.\nActively participates in RMCI and project-specific quality control program(s)\nActively participates in daily and weekly project meetings.\nEnsures Field Superintendents and Foremen have access to current Contract Documents (drawings/specifications), Submittals, RFIs, Shop Drawings, etc.\nPromptly reports field issues to the Project Engineer and Field Superintendent\nTrack and report weekly quantities of installed materials and equipment.\nEquipment and/or material storage and maintenance management\nMaintain accurate record drawings / as-builts, per contract requirements.\nPermit document maintenance (Dust Control, SWPPP, etc.)\nGather weekly project progress photos.\nTrain and mentor Interns and new Field Engineers.\nDevelops rapport with owners, clients, engineers, and trade partners while ensuring contractual compliance with all parties.\n Qualifications\nAbility to assume responsibility, interface and effectively communicate with others.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)\nPositive and teachable attitude.\nEducation/Certifications\nBachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, or appropriate relative construction experience\nSafety Level \nThis is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.\nThe inherent responsibilities of your role mayinclude physical working conditions.
