Start your journey today and join our skilled team.\nThe Preconstruction Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping RMCI's Preconstruction and Estimating teams organized, informed, and moving efficiently. This position manages document control, supports bid and pursuit efforts, and ensures seamless coordination across internal teams, external partners, and business development activities. By maintaining structure, accuracy, and communication, the coordinator strengthens RMCI's ability to pursue and deliver projects with confidence.\nResponsibilities\nPreconstructionHandle TradeTapp requests and route to internal teams.\nTrack active MSAs/MPAs.\nManage and archive NDAs.\nServe as DocuSign admin for preconstruction and contracts.\nDocument preconstruction and estimating meetings.\nTrack cross-functional ARs and coordinate needs.\nWork with Marketing on proposals and interview presentations.\n\nEstimatingBid Document Coordination: Organize all project files.\nBookmarking & Labeling: Mark contract documents clearly.\nSlip Sheeting: Insert sketches, RFIs, and amendments into contract documents.\nBuilding Connected: Create consistent file structures for solicitation.\n\nBusiness DevelopmentUpdate and manage CRM leads, opportunities, and pursuits.\nDirect inquiries from prospective subcontractors, vendors, or clients to the relevant team members.\nArrange meet-and-greets with potential clients.\nTrack relevant external events.\n\nOrganizational CoordinationCoordinate with both the Preconstruction and Estimating teams to keep documentation, scheduling, and pursuit support running smoothly across both functions.\nSupport the Director of Preconstruction with organized documentation, coordination updates, and pursuit tracking.\n\nQualifications\nExperience in construction, preconstruction, estimating, or related administrative support roles.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Bluebeam, Building Connected, and CRM platforms preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nProfessionalism in handling confidential documents such as NDAs, MSAs, and MPAs.\nDriven, flexible, and able to thrive in a high-speed work environment.\nEducation & Certifications\nRequiredRelevant experience in administrative roles, project coordination, or providing support within the construction industry.\n\nPreferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree.\nExperience in general contracting.\n\nSafety Level\nThis is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.\nIt has been and continues to be the long-standing policy of any Nox Group operating company to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
