This role will assist in a Leadership and Management capacity, corporate staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and ensuring retention efforts across multiple internal divisions in various geographical regions.\n(Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually. RMF considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.)\nResponsibilities:\nAssist Division Managers in effective recruiting, resume screening, interviewing and selecting talent who have demonstrated the required knowledge and experience to meet the needs of the organization\nManage full cycle recruiting efforts for the organization\nAdvertising job openings using various job boards, social media and specialized networks\nCoordinate and attend career fairs and open houses throughout various regions\nDevelop and track performance benchmarks for recruiting\nArranges management pre-interviews and formal interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging and meals; escorting applicants to interviews as applicable\nUtilize applicant tracking system for recruitment reporting\nSupport assignments and/or projects with Human Resources\nNegotiate and manage external recruitment service contracts\nServe as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience\nBuild and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates\nProvide insights on market conditions and compensation expectations\nAlign recruiting initiatives with organizational goals and strategic plans \nDevelop and present recruiting plans for hiring managers\n Attending conferences and staying current with industry trends and best practices\nRequirements\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProblem analysis and assessment capability\nAppropriate decision making when required\nPlanning and organization\nAbility to establish priorities and work in a team environment\nStrong relationship building skills and excellent interpersonal skills\nStrong strategic thinking and influencing skills\nProven ability to implement innovative recruiting strategies\nAbility to analyze and interpret data\nMust have 3-5 years’ recruiting experience\nMust be proficient in MS office\nThe ability to travel 25% of the year throughout the United States is required\nBenefits\nA stable and professional working environment is offered with competitive salary, excellent employee benefits, which include health and dental insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401K plan.
