You will be responsible\n\nfor delivering compelling and functionally rich\n\ndemonstrations of our solution that have been tailored\n\nand configured based on our understanding of customer\n\nneeds.\n\nYou will work closely with our technical team to build out\n\nthe project scope to deliver the product solution. You will\n\nact as the trusted advisor with the customer, showing\n\nthought leadership and effectively helping shape sales\n\nand order management strategy.\n\n*** Roles & Responsibility\n\n- Partner with sales in the pre-sales process to\n\nunderstand customer requirements and map those\n\nback to the product portfolio\n\n- Work with both prospects and existing customers\n\nto drive license and professional services revenue\n\n- Direct involvement with nearly all aspects of the\n\ndefined sales process, including: Qualification,\n\nneeds assessment, client requirements, mutual\n\nneed-fit, and product demonstration. Assist in\n\nresponse to Requests for Proposals, and technical\n\nand security integration know-how\n\n Create and conduct effective demo presentations\n\nthat identify and address customer key business\n\nissues and highlight benefit proposed solutions\n\n- Keep up to date with products and competitors\n\n- Support client acquisition with pre-sales\n\npresentations, documentation & RFI requests\n\n- Present and articulate product functionality,\n\nfeatures and standardized solutions\n\n- Participate in discovery sessions to fully\n\nunderstand the existing process, pain points, and\n\nbusiness objectives to collaboratively define the\n\nimplementation approach for clients & system\n\npartners\n\n- Act as a technical subject matter expert in\n\npresenting integration options to our clients and\n\nintegration partners.\n\n- Analyzing a client’s IT system and infrastructure to\n\nmeet expanded needs, diagnose system problems,\n\nand create recommendations to address gaps.\n\n- Planning a timeline for the completion of projects.\n\n- Defines technology solutions and capabilities\n\naccording to client and project needs.
