This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure agreements are well organized, key obligations and deadlines are tracked, and contracts align with business needs and organizational requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts, priorities, and projects simultaneously. If you have a background in contract administration, legal documentation, or compliance and enjoy working across teams to help keep complex processes organized and moving forward, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSupport the preparation, review, and revision of various contracts (i.e., vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, etc)\nMaintain compliance documentation and support internal reviews, audits, and other compliance activities\nIdentify and escalate contract terms, risks, or issues that may require additional review by management or legal counsel\nAssist with gathering information and documentation needed for contract preparation and review\nIdentify and document key contractual obligations, requirements, deadlines, and deliverables\nMaintain tracking tools to monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, reporting requirements, and compliance obligations\nCommunicate contract status, deadlines, and outstanding requirements to appropriate stakeholders\nMonitor upcoming deadlines and deliverables and follow up with stakeholders \nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information and documentation for contracts and related activities\nProvide guidance to employees on established contract processes and procedures\nReview contracts for potential risks, issues, or inconsistencies and escalate concerns to management or legal counsel as appropriate\nStay informed of changes to company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations that may impact the role\nThe Experience We’re Looking For:\nMinimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, legal support, procurement, compliance, or a related field\nWorking knowledge of contract terms, contract administration practices, and compliance requirements\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and escalate them appropriately\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills when managing multiple contracts, documents, and deadlines\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management or document management systems\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders\nProven time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams\nAdditional Requirements:\nWillingness to travel up to 15% across the U.S.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Contract Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Paralegal certification may be accepted as an alternative\nMust successfully complete a background check and pre-employment/random drug tests\nAbility to work in fast-paced environments while balancing competing priorities\nBonus Points for:\nJuris Doctor (J.D.) or other advanced legal degree\nCertification from NCMA, IACCM, or a similar contract management body\nExperience with utility-scale projects, EPC firms, or government contracting\nFamiliarity with service agreements, vendor agreements, and/or government contracting processes.\nWhy Join RMS Energy:\nWe’re not just another power services company.
