Provide Leadership and guidance to the team in day-day operations and ensuring the overall objectives of the team and program are met.\nRequirements\nKey responsibilities include:\nAllocate work and instructions to the team according to prioritized lists established by client\nWork with Operations Manager and other key stakeholders to develop Team goals, and delegate Tasks.\nCreate and Communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for the team members.\nGuide the team by defining the duties, roles and responsibilities of the team members.\nNurture collaboration amongst team members\nArrange Periodic (Daily, Weekly, Monthly or on need basis) reporting of the team performance.\nInvolve in planning of the on the effective utilisation of the team, executing, monitoring, controlling, an\nReview observations from teamof Analysts for consistency and format compliance. \n\nDefine peer-review exercisesto measure levels of team agreement and make inferences about team quality\nperformance and any aggravating factors impacting the determinism of team\njudgements.\n\nTrack daily progress againstassignments and maintain time-to-complete estimates.\n\nAlert OperationsManager when time-to-complete estimates or Quality have significant variation from\nassumptions in the prioritized list of Assignments.\n\nEnsure accuracy of timerecording for hourly invoicing. Maintain team calendar of planned vacation and\nunplanned absences.\n\nMonitor staffperformance. Provide appropriate quality and productivity feedback at least\nweekly.
