effectively communicated.\n\nRequirements\n5 to 10 years of experience in\nplanning, design, and detailed documentation of OSP (Outside Plant) and ISP\n(Inside Plant) communications networks.\nExperience and understanding of\nCore, Transport, Distribution, and Access networks, including active and passive\ndevices across Fiber, Copper, and HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) technologies.\nExperience and understanding of\naerial, underground, and intra-building design standards.\nExperience with MDU (Multiple\nDwelling Units) design, aerial design, Pole Make Ready designs (PLA/MRE), IFP\ndesign, permits, and CDs is an added advantage.\nStrong knowledge of GIS-related\nplatforms, systems, and tools such as AutoCAD Map 3D, Ocalc, SpidaCalc, Quick\nPole, Megallan, 3GIS, ARAMIS, IRIS, ArcGIS, SpatialNET, QGIS, Smallworld, MapInfo,\nand IQGeo.\nExperience in ensuring the\ntimely delivery and approval of area plans and detailed designs.\nExperience in quality checking,\nproviding feedback to the team, and ensuring that high-quality designs are\ndelivered on
