management systems, along with the ability to mentor\nteam members and resolve operational and technical challenges.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead and provide day-to-day technical andoperational support to the digitization team, ensuring productivity,\nquality, and timely delivery of project objectives.\n\nCoordinate with clients and projectstakeholders on new data collection initiatives, including scope\nassessment, resource planning, timelines, and execution roadmaps.\n\nPlan and oversee onsite and offsiterecords collection activities and maintain accurate inventory tracking\nthroughout the digitization lifecycle.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and improve SOPs,metadata standards, processing guidelines, and project documentation.\n\nProvide technical guidance on recordsprocessing, metadata capture, document indexing, file classification, and\ndocument management systems.\n\nCoordinate metadata tracking, datavalidation, and reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance\nwith project requirements.\n\nEstablish and monitor quality control (QC)processes, conduct audits, investigate issues, and implement corrective\nactions to maintain high-quality deliverables.\n\nLead onboarding, training, andknowledge-sharing activities while promoting continuous improvement and\nbest practices across the team.\n\nMonitor team performance, workloads,resource utilization, and project progress through dashboards, status\nreports, and productivity metrics.\n\nIdentify risks, bottlenecks, andopportunities for process improvement, and support project planning,\nforecasting, and resource allocation.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact forteam inquiries, operational issues, and stakeholder communications,\nescalating complex matters as required.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nStrong knowledge of records management,digitization workflows, metadata standards, and document control\npractices.\n\nExperience supporting document managementsystems, preferably ProjectWise or similar enterprise content management\nplatforms.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams andprovide day-to-day operational and technical support.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solvingskills with the ability to identify process improvements and implement\nsolutions.\n\nExperience with quality assurance, qualitycontrol, and compliance monitoring.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications, particularly Excel for reporting, tracking, and data\nanalysis.\n\nExcellent organizational, communication,and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities andadapt to changing project requirements.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in informationmanagement, Library Sciences, Records Management, Engineering, GIS,\nInformation Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;\nequivalent education and experience may be considered.\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in recordsdigitization, document management, information management, or related\ndisciplines.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading teams,providing technical support, and delivering project outcomes within\nestablished timelines and quality standards.\n\nExperience with ProjectWise, documentmanagement systems, records management platforms, or large-scale\ndigitization projects will be highly
