Tennessee, and Alabama.\nAbout the Role\nTheAssistant Project Managercoordinates the overall management of the project and team, per the total scope of services as defined in each project’s contract documents, to meet the project's profit objectives.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCreate cost efficiencies through process improvement\nSupport and drive utilization of various RNGD initiatives and technologies\nManagement of owner billings, project schedule from startup through closeout, optimizing process to achieve targets in safety, budget, schedule, quality control, and raving fans\nDevelop a big picture understanding of the project through immersion into the documents\nExecute action items to achieve stated objectives and KPI's, delegating where appropriate\nUnderstand and enforce contracts\nEffectively facilitate subcontractor startup meetings and coordinate between subcontractors for optimized performance\nUphold brand standards\nManage the client experience, employee experience, and subcontractor experience proactively\nContinuously reinforce the core values and manifesto, leading by example\nLead quality control plan implementation and compliance\nActive participant in industry associations\nFocus in on the details and set the direction of the project\nEnsure usage of enabling technologies and workflows\nProactively monitor financial performance of project\nAnalyze risk and take action to mitigate early\nReporting of progress on stated performance targets and KPI's\nQualifications \nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering\n3+ years of experience in a construction firm\nExceptional relationship building, listening and communication skills\nAbility to create and support team morale\nThrough knowledge of construction forecasting, cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and accounting principles\nAbility to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project
