This role is ideal for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional and is responsible for developing Power BI reports, exploring and implementing data-management solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning, automating processes using Microsoft Power Platform, and writing SQL queries to retrieve data from RNGD’s Snowflake database.\nCore Responsibilities\nPower BI Reporting and Analytics\nDesign, build, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI reports and semantic models.\nCreate user-friendly dashboards with strong visual design, clear business context, consistent formatting standards, and high attention to usability and performance.\nWrite and troubleshoot DAX measures, calculated columns, Power Query transformations, and report logic to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable insights.\n\nData Modeling, SQL, and Data Warehousing\nDevelop SQL queries to support reporting, analysis, and data-quality needs.\nPartner with data engineering and business teams to improve data models, troubleshoot refresh failures, resolve source-system issues, and strengthen reporting reliability.\n\nData Governance, Security, and Access Control\nSupport data-governance practices that improve the quality, consistency, usability, and reliability of organizational data.\nConfigure and maintain approved row-level security and support report access controls and sensitivity labeling in coordination with system and data owners.\nDocument report logic, calculations, data definitions, source information, security logic, access requirements, data classifications, and user guidance.\nIdentify missing, inconsistent, duplicate, or unreliable data and coordinate appropriate review and correction.\nMaintain organized documentation for reports, semantic models, queries, automated workflows, and recurring analytical processes while following established data-access, confidentiality, security, and governance requirements.\n\nProcess Automation and Business Systems Support\nBuild, test, maintain, and support workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and related tools.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve workflow consistency, and strengthen the reliability of recurring business processes.\nTroubleshoot automation failures and coordinate resolution with system owners or technical partners when needed.\nIdentify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence-enabled analytics and automation capabilities where they provide practical business value.\nDocument automated processes, dependencies, ownership, user requirements, and support procedures.\n\nStakeholder Partnership, Adoption, and Continuous Improvement\nPartner with stakeholders across business functions to understand operational needs and translate them into practical analytics and automation solutions.\nCommunicate findings, report logic, assumptions, data limitations, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nDevelop user guides, reference materials, and other resources that help employees understand and use analytics products effectively.\nLead training and provide ongoing support to strengthen user adoption and confidence.\nManage multiple requests, priorities, dependencies, and timelines while communicating progress and challenges appropriately.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business, or a related discipline preferred.\nThree or more years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Power BI and SQL.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.\nExperience with cloud computing platforms, including Snowflake and Microsoft Azure.\nFamiliarity with enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems.\nPrevious experience in construction or a related
