You’ll use data and analysis to identify trends, provide valuable insight and support evidence-based decision making across our services, customer experience and income generation activities.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nAnalysing customer and supporter data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.\nProducing reports, management information and insight to support projects and decision making across RNIB.\nExploring areas such as supporter value, lifetime value, customer and supporter journeys and retention.\nPresenting complex analysis in a clear and accessible way for different audiences.\nUsing tools including SQL and Excel, alongside analytical and reporting tools such as R, Python, SPSS/SAS, FastStats or Crystal Reports.\nWorking with colleagues across RNIB to improve the quality, value and effective use of our data.\nWorking with external suppliers on data imports, exports, analysis and reporting requirements.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nYou’ll have experience of using databases to analyse data and produce reports, insight and management information, ideally within a fundraising, sales, customer insight or marketing environment.\nYou’ll also bring:\nExperience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.\nStrong Excel skills and experience of reporting and analysis tools.\nExcellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.\nConfidence communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nGood understanding of data protection and the importance of data accuracy.\nIf you’re curious about what the data is telling you and enjoy helping others use insight to make better decisions, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat We Offer\nRNIB prides itself on being a great place to work with a positive, progressive culture.
