As production and international operations expand, they are now building a more resilient and scalable electronics supply chain across Europe.\nWe’re looking for the Supply Chain Lead to build and own this function.\nThe Role:\nReporting directly to the CEO, you’ll take ownership of the electronics supply chain end-to-end from EMS strategy and semiconductor sourcing to BOM resilience, logistics and cross-border operations.\nThis is not a procurement coordination role or an established function to simply maintain.\nYou’ll help determine where and how products are manufactured, how critical components are secured, which EMS and semiconductor partners the company builds around, and how the supply chain scales with production.\nFor someone coming from the European semiconductor, electronics or EMS ecosystem, this is an opportunity to move from owning one part of a mature supply chain to building one with significant autonomy and direct access to decision-makers.\nResponsibilities:\nSource and manage EMS partners\n\nManage BOM risk, including allocation, EOL, pre-buys and alternates\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with semiconductor manufacturers and distributors\n\nManage logistics from suppliers and EMS partners to the company\n\nManage logistics to customers in the EU and Ukraine\n\nManage customs and export compliance\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in electronics supply chain on the OEM or EMS side\n\nHands-on experience through a component shortage cycle\n\nSupplier and distributor relationships you actively use\n\nWorking knowledge of EU customs and dual-use rules\n\nHighly relevant: defence, UAV, robotics or other complex electronics environments; hands-on SMT manufacturing experience.\nWhy This Role:\nThe interesting part is not the title, it’s the level of ownership.\n\nYou’re joining at the point where the company needs to turn a fast-moving electronics supply chain into a scalable international function.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2485,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Supply Chain"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-06T17:11:11Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":52,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.516,"p_room":1,"age_days":19,"expected_fill_days":114,"reasons":["conf:2","agency","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-26T05:57:25Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/rnrs-solutions-supply-chain-lead","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/rnrs-solutions-supply-chain-lead.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-26T18:44:53Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":25157,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-27T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":687961},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=687961"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Frnrs-solutions-supply-chain-lead"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Frnrs-solutions-supply-chain-lead"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Frnrs-solutions-supply-chain-lead"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/rnrs-solutions-supply-chain-lead\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Frnrs-solutions-supply-chain-lead"}]}
