Join Our Team.\nAbout the role\nThe S&B Procurement Manager will execute the following for Solar & Battery\nprojects.\nManage the following roles & responsibilities within your scope, including\ndelegation to buyer(s) where they are part of the team.\nIntegrate with business leaders & team(s), stay engaged and informed onall third party spend needs.\n\nEscalate strategic procurement needs and roadblocks in order to addresskey issues.\n\nExecute and/or oversee execution of all purchase orders within definedstrategies following purchase order quality expectations.\n\nManage lifecycle of purchase orders within scope including closure.\nSupport conformance to the procurement policy and finance systemrequirements; support implementation of category strategies.\n\nNegotiate / work with the VP Procurement to negotiate key contracts\nMaintain contracting & procurement plans for projects, share with thebusiness leaders & teams\n\nFor project procurement: support cash flow forecasting and actuals.\nAct as first POC for business leaders to address procurement issuesincluding invoice payment issues.\n\nMaintain relationships in the supply market - stay on top of marketdynamics and capacity, key RNWBL demands.\n\nCollaborate with other Procurement Managers and across the Procurementteam to share learnings and ensure efficiency.\n\nSupport vendor onboarding process & identify priority vendors forprocessing; monitor new vendor requests within scope.\n\nDrive processing of urgent procurement requests within scope with keyparties (legal, accounting, HSE, etc.)\n\nCustomer facing (S&B and Asset Management)\nEngage with customers to identify their procurement needs.\nComply with customer agreements regarding bidding, approvals, salesorders.\n\nIssue sales orders, ensure systematic closeout for billing.\nNegotiate with suppliers as appropriate.\nManage (and/or support) the physical warehouse and site storage locations,including: initial physical and system setup, cycle counts, recommend\ninventory fulfillment strategies.\n\nRecommend consolidated sourcing opportunities for commonly usedcustomer parts\n\nManage bulk purchases for initial site setup\nReview customer invoices for accuracy and completeness (includingshipping, tax, etc.)\n\nAs capacity is available\nLead/support strategic
