Join Our Team.\n About the role\nThe Wind Technician II takes a leading role in troubleshooting, project scheduled maintenance,\nunscheduled maintenance, inspection, and operations on a U.S. wind site. Plays a role in\nmentoring Wind Technician I employees. Meets or exceeds contractual, company, and project\nrequirements. Conducts self in professional, ethical, and respectful manner to peers, managers,\nand clients. This position is ideal for experienced field technicians seeking growth and\nautonomy.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPerform equipment assessment and troubleshooting, scheduled and unscheduledmaintenance and/or service activities.\n\nDocument accurately, all service activity including parts/materials consumption,detailed task explanations, and task start and stop times using digital reporting systems.\n\nTrain and mentor technician I in health, safety and environmental requirements, serviceactivities and preventative maintenance requirements.\n\nAssist in project(s) coordination, logistics, planning, and tracking for multi-project worktasks.\n\nParticipate in company and project health, safety and environmental, meetings,briefings and documentation requirements.\n\nCommunicate issues and solutions concisely to leadership.\nAdheres to, supports, and enforces all company policies.\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, peers, and managers at thecompany and projects.\n\nWork with Inventory Control to make sure projects are supplied properly with parts andconsumables.\n\nAble to participate and respond in an On-Call 24/7/365 rotation schedule\nOther duties as assigned by Supervisor\nQualifications / Requirements\n2+ years of wind turbine maintenance, service, and repair experience.\nVestas platform experience, LOTO, and certifications preferred (V100 & V110)\nStrong understanding of wind turbine systems and safety protocols.\nAbility to work independently and travel on short notice to assist on other projects.\nComfortable climbing to and
