You’ll review advertising and broader company claims across channels, partnering closely with Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Clinical, and Product teams and reporting to the Director of Scientific Affairs. You’re a rigorous, curious scientific thinker who can translate complex clinical data into clear, practical guidance. You’ll have the chance to build and own the claims framework, review process, and evidence library as Ro scales.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nReview advertising, website content, product pages, packaging, social media, and sales materials to ensure clinical and performance claims are accurate, substantiated, and compliant\nEvaluate supporting evidence (clinical studies, published literature, consumer research) and determine whether it is strong enough to support each claim\nPartner with Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Clinical, and Product to give clear guidance on claim wording, risk level, and any additional substantiation needed\nEnable bold, defensible marketing by offering workable alternatives and solutions\nOwn and build the claims library and evidence database so approved claims and their supporting data are documented and defensible\nEstablish and refine claims review processes, templates, and approval workflows that scale with the business\nSuccess in your first 90 days: learn the portfolio and current review process, audit high-visibility and high-risk claims in market, build relationships with key stakeholders, and propose a prioritized roadmap for process improvements and claims library buildout\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team:\n3 -
