impactful, brand-aligned work that drives Ro’s business goals.\nThis role reports to the Associate Director, Creative Operations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCreative Production: Assist with coordinating paid social focused creative production logistics, including managing timelines, organizing assets, and supporting vendor and freelancer onboarding as it pertains to paid social for our weight loss/Body pillar.\n\nProject Management: Support overall workflow management across the paid social for Body, and working with the project managers to track deliverables, timelines, and feedback loops to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.\n\nResource Support: Help oversee creative resource allocation for Body/weightloss paid social campaigns in collaboration with the Project Managers and the Associate Director, Creative Operations.\n\nQuality Control: Bring a high level of attention to detail to paid social creative delivery, helping ensure the correct assets, copy, formats, specifications, and versions are approved and delivered for launch.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Body pillars Creative Directors, Marketing, and Growth teams to align on priorities, status updates, and feedback cycles.\n\nProcess Improvement: Contribute to building scalable processes and templates that enhance team efficiency and consistency across Body/weightloss paid social.\n\nDocumentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate documentation for Body/weightloss paid social creative workflows, including project trackers, production calendars, and reporting dashboards.\n\nExecution: Ensure the smooth flow of communication between teams and help identify potential blockers early to keep creative initiatives moving forward.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team\n 6-8 years of relevant experience in creative project management, production coordination, or operations within an in-house creative or agency setting.\nYou have excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to turn complex projects into actionable steps.\n\nYou have a strong understanding of paid social creative workflows and what it takes to move creative efficiently from brief and concepting through production, review, approval, and launch.\n\nYou have a genuine passion for paid social and performance creative and are interested in how creative, media, audience, and performance work together to drive business results.\n\nYou are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.\n\nYou have experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and production teams.\n\nYou are comfortable managing spreadsheets, timelines, and budgets, and have strong working knowledge of tools like Airtable, Figma, and G-Drive.\n\nYou’re an exceptional communicator who builds trust through clarity, empathy, and
