attorneys.\nKey Performance Areas\nGeneral management and support to Attorney\nProvide research assistance to attorneys.\nAssisting with searching and checking public records on behalf of attorneys.\nAssisting with the interviewing of clients, and witnesses.\nAssisting with collecting, retrieving, and analysing information relevant to litigation cases.\nAssisting attorneys with trial and its preparation.\nAnalysing and conducting research for reporting purposes.\nDocument Management\nAssisting with the preparation of legal documents and arguments.\nSummarising depositions and other documents.\nPreparing briefs and pleadings and drafting discovery documents.\nManaging and organising cases.\nUpdating file registers.\nReporting\nContribute to the preparation and submission of Regulation reports.\nAid in the development of functional reporting systems, for management, project or performance reporting.\nReport regularly and periodically perform necessary submissions as and when required to provide progress updates and/or inform management decisions.\nStakeholder Management\nAid in proactive and progressive relationships with key stakeholders.\nDeal with inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.\nAid in the maintenance of relationships with vendors, service providers or procurement teams and ensure that all relevant procured items are invoiced and paid on time.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelors Degree in Law or equivalent.\nRelevant 3 years’ experience in a legal environment.\nBehavioural & Technical
