What great looks like, how we find those people, how we interview them and how we close them are yours to shape. The teams you hire will be the people who take Roadrunner to market.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn full-cycle hiring for GTM roles, from the first conversation with the hiring manager to the signed offer\n\nPartner day to day with our sales and CS leaders on team plans, role definitions and hiring priorities\n\nBuild the sourcing engine from scratch: outbound, referrals and your own network\n\nDesign interview loops and scorecards that are fast and actually predict who'll succeed\n\nTrack the funnel and use the numbers to fix what's slow\n\nClose. Sell candidates on Roadrunner and get offers over the line\n\nWhat we're looking for\n4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a real track record hiring sales and CS talent at fast-growing startups\n\nYou know the GTM talent market: who the strong AEs are, where they come from and what makes them move\n\nYou're a driver.
