We recognize and value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring customer service excellence by managing and coordinating project-related activities, equipment scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires an initiative-taking approach to problem-solving, efficient planning, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nAssign equipment and/or operators to projects, ensuring cost-effective and timely deployment.\nPlan and schedule projects to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.\nServe as the primary customer contact for day-to-day operations during rental engagements.\nEstablish and maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and external customers.\nProvide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding equipment and project needs.\nEnsure strict adherence to Company Control Bulletins, Policies, and Procedures regarding equipment rentals.\nMaintain accurate inventory records, reconciling discrepancies in the systems used for tracking rental equipment.\nOversee and ensure the timely completion of all rental activities and reporting.\nAssist in coordinating rental fleet cycle counts and physical inventories as needed.\nManage equipment transfers between divisions to meet customer demands efficiently.\nPerform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.\nKnowledge, Abilities, and Skills:\nAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize workload.\nStrong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\nDeadline-driven with a keen sense of urgency.\nStrong analytical skills to assess and compare the profitability of rental arrangements.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mainframe inventory control systems.\nCreative critical thinking skills with a focus on operational efficiency.\nWillingness to work on-call, evenings, weekends, and additional workdays as needed to meet project deadlines.\nSolid understanding of inventory control functions and technical knowledge of equipment specifications.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in dispatching, traffic control, or a related field.\nAbility to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.\nStrong collaborator with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.\nWillingness to assist in other areas as needed to support company operations.\nEOE Statement\nRoadSafe is an Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans\n\nPay Range: $26 -
