You'll own the day-to-day operations of the Miami station - leading your team, keeping the fleet in top shape, and making sure every customer drives away as a happy roadsurfer. You'll also be someone who thrives on data: tracking quality scores, analyzing what's working, and making smart, cost-conscious decisions to keep the station performing at its best.\nYou'll manage both people and process across a lot of moving parts, so this role suits someone who is quick, agile, and had a startup environment mindset. You'll also work closely with Maintenance & Repair, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and HR to keep improving the customer experience across roadsurfer North America.
