This role is responsible for visiting job sites, evaluating crew performance, and ensuring that all moving operations meet company expectations, safety standards, and client needs-particularly with high-profile clients.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct on-site inspections of packing, loading, unloading, and overall move execution\n\nEnsure all work meets company policies, customer expectations, and safety regulations\n\nMonitor crews in real time, offering support and resolving issues as they arise\n\nDeliver constructive feedback and on-the-spot coaching to moving crews\n\nProvide exceptional customer service and de-escalate issues professionally when needed\n\nServe as a key point of contact for clients during move execution, especially high-profile individuals\n\nMaintain accurate records of job visits, client feedback, and quality metrics\n\nCollaborate with dispatch and operations to address issues and improve processes\n\nIdentify recurring problems and recommend improvements to training or procedures\n\nSupport new crew member training on quality standards, safety, and professionalism\n\nGenerate reports if and when needed on the field performance\n\nQualifications:\nPrior experience in quality audit the moving industry, consumer service, or hospitality is needed\n\nMoving experience is required\n\nStrong customer service skills; ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented\n\nMust be comfortable dealing with high-net-worth and VIP clientele\n\nClean driving record and valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)\n\nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written in English)\n\nProven ability to assess team performance and give effective feedback\n\nPhysically able to be on-site, including walking, lifting, and evaluating loading processes\n\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nTech-savvy and comfortable with basic reporting tools and mobile communication\n\nSalary depends on the level of role and experience: $23/h - 35/h\nThis role may be filled at the Specialist or Lead level depending on experience and demonstrated capability.\nWhy Roadway?\nWe care about the people who work here, and we put real effort behind that.
