practical React experience is a plus.\n\nWrite clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-structured code following development best practices.\n\nWork with SQL Server, including database design, queries, and stored procedures.\n\nImplement data access using Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core or Dapper.\n\nFix bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve existing applications.\n\nUse AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation.\n\nReview and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and technical discussions.\n\nCollaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, DevOps, and project managers.\n\nUse Git and standard version-control workflows, including branches and pull requests.\n\nSupport application deployment through CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.\n\nFollow security and coding best practices.\n\nContinuously learn and stay updated with relevant technologies and development practices.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nAround 1 year of hands-on experience in Full Stack .NET development.\n\nProficiency in Angular is a must.\n\nGood understanding of React and modern frontend development concepts is preferred.\n\nSolid knowledge of:\nC#\n\n.NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core\n\nASP.NET MVC / Web API\n\nAngular & TypeScript\n\nJavaScript\n\nHTML5 / CSS3\n\nSQL Server\n\nEntity Framework / Entity Framework Core\n\nGood understanding of OOP, LINQ, and async/await.\n\nExperience building or consuming RESTful APIs, working with JSON, and integrating web services.\n\nFamiliarity with Git and basic source-control workflows.\n\nBasic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nHands-on experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools.\n\nAbility to understand, review, debug, and validate AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.\n\nITI training/certification in Software Development or .NET is preferred.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPractical experience with React alongside Angular.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nExperience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.\n\nBasic understanding of Docker and containerization.\n\nExposure to microservices architecture.\n\nExperience with Dapper.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development workflows and prompt engineering for coding, testing, debugging, or documentation.\n\nInterest in integrating AI capabilities into applications, such as LLM APIs, chatbots, or AI assistants.\n\nHow We Use AI in Development\nAI is an integral part of our development workflow.
