ITI or NTI graduates are highly preferred.\nKey ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and troubleshoot complex Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server issues.\n\nHandle mission-critical incidents while maintaining professionalism and delivering excellent customer service.\n\nInstall, configure, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and software.\n\nAdminister and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy (GPO), Certificate Services (CA), and IIS.\n\nManage Microsoft Exchange Server (2013/2016/2019) and Exchange Online environments.\n\nConfigure and manage IIS Virtual Directories, including MAPI, OWA, ActiveSync, and EWS.\n\nAdminister mail gateways and anti-spam solutions for Microsoft Exchange.\n\nMonitor email security, virus protection, spam filtering statistics, and mail delivery performance.\n\nManage mailbox permissions, monitor mailbox quotas and storage, and troubleshoot email delivery issues.\n\nDiagnose and resolve mail flow, email routing, Outlook client, mobile synchronization, and Exchange connectivity issues.\n\nResolve escalated issues related to email routing, connectivity, authentication, and filtering.\n\nSupport customers remotely through ticketing systems, email, and remote sessions.\n\nClearly explain technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical customers.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.\n\nEnsure timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n1–3 years of experience in System Administration with hands-on Microsoft Exchange administration.\n\nExcellent command of spoken and written English is required.\n\nStrong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nExperience supporting customers remotely and handling technical support cases.\n\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server (2013/2016/2019), Exchange Online, Mail Flow, and Client Connectivity (On-Premises & Cloud).\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server technologies, including:\nActive Directory Domain Services (AD DS)\n\nDNS\n\nGroup Policy (GPO)\n\nCertificate Services (CA)\n\nIIS\n\nExperience troubleshooting Outlook, OWA, ActiveSync, MAPI, EWS, mail flow, and email synchronization issues.\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft PowerShell is preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with VMware virtualization is preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with Linux administration is preferred.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nHigh sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.\n\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a
