This is a fully remote role reporting to the Training Director, and most of the job is facilitation: leading frontline continuing education and leadership development sessions for employees and leaders across the organization.\n\nThe right person makes training fun, interactive, and useful. You know how to keep a virtual class engaged, read a room through a screen, check for understanding as you go, and spot when someone is lost before they fall behind. You understand adult learning theory, and every session follows the same pattern: teach the skill, give people a chance to apply it, and confirm they can actually do it before they leave.\n\nOur instructional designers own course design. You'll partner with them and build the supporting pieces that make a session land: PowerPoints, activities, job aids, and practice exercises.\n\nResponsibilities\nFacilitation\nLead live virtual training sessions for frontline employees, emerging leaders, and current leaders.\n\nBring energy and keep sessions interactive using polls, chat, breakout rooms, whiteboards, role-plays, scenarios, and discussion.\n\nApply adult learning principles in every session: teach the skill, have participants practice applying it, and confirm they can use it on the job.\n\nCheck for understanding throughout using questions, teach-backs, practice, and quick assessments, not just at the end.\n\nNotice when participants are disengaged, confused, or falling behind in a virtual setting and adjust in the moment.\n\nGive participants clear, constructive feedback and coaching during practice.\n\nFlag participants who aren't demonstrating the skill to the Training Director and their manager, with specific observations.\n\nAdapt delivery for different experience levels and cultural backgrounds.\n\nContent support\nBuild and update PowerPoints, activities, job aids, and practice exercises that support courses built by our instructional designers.\n\nPartner with instructional designers, department leaders, and subject matter experts to keep content accurate and relevant.\n\nShare what you see in the classroom so content can be improved: what lands, what confuses people, and what's missing.\n\nCreate simple reinforcement activities that help participants apply skills after training.\n\nCoordination and reporting\nManage logistics for assigned sessions, including scheduling, participant communication, attendance, and completion tracking.\n\nEvaluate session effectiveness through participant feedback, observation, and demonstrated skill application.\n\nKeep training materials and records organized and current.\n\nManage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and keep the Training Director updated on progress and issues.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years facilitating workplace training, employee development, or leadership development, with at least 2 years leading live virtual sessions.\n\nProven ability to keep a virtual audience engaged using tools like polls, breakouts, chat, and whiteboards.\n\nWorking knowledge of adult learning theory and how to apply it in the classroom.\n\nExperience checking for understanding in real time and adjusting when participants aren't getting it.\n\nStrong presence, energy, and communication skills.
