This role requires flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate in a positive manner with colleagues, children, and families.\nCompensation & Benefits\nPaid Time Off: 2 weeks vacation/20 quarterly sick time/2 personal days\nPaid Holidays: 12 paid holidays recognized annually.\nProfessional Development: 5 professional development days plus fully paid training.\nHealth & Dental: Comprehensive health insurance and dental plans with 50% of premiums paid by the company.\nPaid Breaks: A 45-minute paid lunch break for shifts over 6 consecutive hours \nSupplemental Insurance: Company-provided allocated funds towards supplemental Optima plans.\nCareer Growth: Ample opportunities for internal advancement within an expanding organization.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupervision: Assists in overseeing, scheduling, and mentoring a group of 20+ group of teachers and assistants, modeling adaptive leadership and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.\n\nObservations & Reviews: Conduct regular, structured classroom observations and annual performance reviews to evaluate Educator effectiveness.\nRegulatory Alignment: Maintain compliance with all EEC regulations regarding health, safety, and Educator-to-child ratios.\nRecord Keeping: help manage spreadsheets for orders, grant budgets, and other information\nHealth & Safety: Coordinate monthly emergency drills\nBehavior Intervention: Provide immediate, active assistance in classrooms when behavioral challenges arise\nCreative Programming: Think outside the box to establish unique program offerings, enrichment clubs, STEM curriculum, and hands-on activities that keep children excited and engaged.\nDaily Flow: Assist in directing the seamless daily operation of both programs\nMission Advocacy: Actively promote and implement the core mission of Robbins Children's Programs, fostering a supportive, nurturing, and enriching environment for children, families, and staff.\n Event Coordination: Help to execute program-wide family engagement activities, seasonal celebrations, and major events (such as the Annual Holiday Fair) using creative themes to build a strong community network.\nFamily Communication: Maintain open, proactive communication regarding program updates and center highlights, building strong collaborative partnerships between the home and the classroom.
