Backed by €27M in Series A funding from Plural, Cherry Ventures, Kindred Ventures, and Brainlab, we are entering a new phase of growth.\nAs part of this expansion, we are looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the design and development of our software platform.\nWhat You'll Do\nYou will work alongside roboticists, software engineers and neurosurgeons for the design and development of our software platform.\nThis is not about shipping features. It is about designing and developing a safety-critical advanced software from first principles combining medical imaging, user interfaces, and real-time control to plan, control and monitor our micro-robotic procedures.\nSoftware development\nDesign and implement back-end and front-end features.\nDefine scalable and traceable software architectures.\nMaintain development and deployment environments.\nVerification & compliance\nWrite software requirements, tests, and traceability documentation.\nDesign and execute unit, integration, and verification tests.\nContribute to risk analysis, cybersecurity, and design reviews.\nSystem & Product collaboration\nWork with designers to build intuitive clinical interfaces.\nIntegrate software with system, hardware, and robotics teams.\nSupport usability evaluations and root-cause analyses.\nContinuous improvement\nContribute to improve CI/CD, automation, and software lifecycle processes.\nRequirements\nExperience\nExperience in safety-critical software design and developpement, within medical device industry or other highly regulated environments.\nExperience owning architecture, features or subsystems end-to-end.\nExperience working in cross-functional hardware/software teams.\nTechnical skills:\nCore Tech stack: Python, Java Script, C, C++, React, SQL, API REST\nFront-End and Back-End developement\nKnowledge in industry standards: IEC 62304, IEC62366 and ISO14971.\nSoft Skills\nYou have strong engineering judgment and high standards.\nYou care about simplicity, determinism, and robustness.\nEducation\nMSC or PHD in software engineering, robotics engineering or biomedical engineering.\nBenefits\nA Mission That Matters: Join a team developing life-changing technology.
