Backed by €27M in Series A funding from Plural, Cherry Ventures, Kindred Ventures, and Brainlab, we are entering a new phase of growth.\nAs part of this expansion, we are looking for a Software Test Engineer to lead verification and validation of our clinical software, ensuring safety, performance, and regulatory compliance across the entire software.\nWhat You'll Do\nYour work will ensure that the software controlling and monitoring our microrobotic procedures meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.\nTest strategy & execution\nPlan, write and execute units, verification and validation testing for embedded software, front-end and back-end.\nEnsure full traceability between requirements, tests, and results.\nTest environments & system integration\nDefine and maintain test environments across embedded, backend, and frontend software.\nWork with system, hardware, and software teams to validate integrated system behavior.\nCompliance & design controls\nContribute to design reviews, risk management, cybersecurity, and usability evaluations.\nProduce test documentation in line with design control and QMS procedures.\nInterface with QA/RA and Clinical teams for submissions and audits.\nContinuous improvement\nPerform root cause analysis and support CAPAs.\nImprove testing processes, automation, and software lifecycle practices.\nRequirements\nExperience\n5+ years of experience in software testing and validation (Class B and C) in the medical devices industry or a similar high regulated environment.\nHands-on experience with industry standards: IEC 62304, IEC60601-1 and ISO14971.\nTechnical skills\nCore Tech Stack: Python, Java Script, C and React\nStatic code analysis\nAppreciated skills\nExperience in software requirement specification.\nExperience in software architecture and detailed design.\nAbility for front-end and back-end development.\nExperience in test bench development.\nHands-on experience with industry standards, ISO13485, 21CFR\nSoft Skills\nGood communication skills.\nAnalytical and critical spirit.\nPragmatic and rigorous.\nTeam player and commitment to work with cross-functional teams.\nBenefits\nA Mission That Matters: Join a team developing life-changing technology.
