businesskritische systemen en tools, waaronder ERP-platformen, applicaties rond veiligheid en kwaliteit, CRM, HR-tools, ticketingsystemen en samenwerkingsplatformen.\nJe werkt mee aan systeemverbeteringen en migraties, van voorbereiding en uitvoering tot validatie achteraf.\nJe behandelt serviceaanvragen en incidenten en biedt praktische ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers.\nJe begeleidt nieuwe projecten, implementaties en opstarten van activiteiten binnen de business.\nJe bewaakt een gestructureerd documentbeheer en helpt bij het organiseren van digitale informatie.\nJe definieert en beheert toegangsrechten en ondersteunt een efficiënte samenwerking binnen SharePoint en OneDrive.\nJe draagt actief bij aan digitaliseringsinitiatieven en procesoptimalisaties.\nJe ziet toe op de naleving van interne richtlijnen en externe regelgeving.\nJe stemt af met interne stakeholders en externe partners om de businessnoden optimaal te ondersteunen.\n\nJouw profiel:\nJe beschikt over een bachelor in bedrijfsadministratie, informatiesystemen, logistiek of een verwante richting.\nJe hebt bij voorkeur een eerste relevante ervaring van ongeveer 2 jaar in een gelijkaardige functie.\nJe communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.\nJe bent hands-on en weet makkelijk sterke werkrelaties op te bouwen.\nJe bent flexibel, betrokken, georganiseerd en werkt zelfstandig.\nJe hebt affiniteit met systemen, digitale tools en procesmatig werken.\nJe hebt oog voor detail en voelt je comfortabel in een rol met veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid.\nJe beschikt idealiter over een ITIL-certificering, of bent bereid je hierin verder te
