tot jouw pakket als Business & Solution Architect (M/V/X):\nJe vertaalt strategische businessdoelstellingen en hoog-over ideeën naar concrete en implementeerbare business-, proces-, functionele en solution architecturen.\nJe ontwerpt target operating models die duidelijk maken hoe processen, rollen, gebruikers en systemen optimaal met elkaar samenwerken.\nJe definieert solution-, applicatie-, integratie- en data-architecturen voor nieuwe initiatieven en projecten.\nJe analyseert het bestaande applicatie- en processenlandschap, detecteert herbruikbare capaciteiten, hiaten en noodzakelijke veranderingen en zet deze om in heldere architectuurkeuzes en roadmaps.\nJe maakt onderbouwde build-versus-buy afwegingen rekening houdend met strategische fit, time-to-market, kost, schaalbaarheid, onderhoudbaarheid, veiligheid en operationele impact.\nJe stelt functionele en solution requirements op voor externe oplossingen en ondersteunt marktverkenningen, RFP-processen en vendorselecties tot en met een gefundeerde aanbeveling.\nJe bewaakt hoe elk initiatief past binnen het bredere functionele, organisatorische en technische ecosysteem, inclusief afhankelijkheden en impact op processen, teams, kosten, controles en compliance.\nJe begeleidt stakeholders naar goed geïnformeerde beslissingen door opties, implicaties, risico's en trade-offs helder in kaart te brengen.\nJe ontwikkelt en onderhoudt de nodige architectuurprincipes, views en documentatie zodat business-, operations- en technologieteams de architectuur begrijpen, implementeren en verder kunnen uitbouwen.\nJe waakt over de kwaliteit van het landschap op lange termijn met aandacht voor onderhoudbaarheid, uitbreidbaarheid, gebruiksvriendelijkheid, performantie, integratie, security en resilience.\n\nJouw profiel:\nJe behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Business Engineering, Informatica, IT, Economie of een aanverwante richting, of je bouwde gelijkwaardige expertise op door ervaring.\nJe hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen business architecture, functional architecture, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, business analyse of een vergelijkbare functie.\nJe bent sterk in het vertalen van strategische ambities naar gestructureerde processen, operating models, applicatielandschappen en oplossingsontwerpen.\nJe combineert conceptueel denkvermogen met een pragmatische aanpak en schakelt vlot tussen visie en uitvoerbare details.\nJe hebt een goed inzicht in applicatielandschappen, integraties en systeemverantwoordelijkheden, zonder dat je per se de diepste technische specialist in elke technologie hoeft te zijn.\nJe bent een sterke communicator en facilitator en werkt vlot samen met stakeholders uit business, operations, technologie, finance, risk, compliance en externe partners.\nJe communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels.\nJe maakt complexe keuzes begrijpelijk, durft constructief te challengen en creëert duidelijkheid rond beslissingen, ownership, afhankelijkheden en gevolgen.\nJe hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met softwareselectie, RFP-processen, vendor assessments, build-versus-buy analyses en architecture governance.\nJe hebt idealiter ervaring in financiële dienstverlening, payments, fintech of een andere gereguleerde en transactionele
