staan.\nVolgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als IT Coördinator(M/V/X):\nJe staat in voor een stabiele dagelijkse IT-werking voor de vestigingen in België en Nederland, met uitvalsbasis in Kontich en regelmatige aanwezigheid in Nederland (vlak over de grens).\nJe biedt 1e- en 2e-lijns support aan medewerkers in zowel kantoor- als productieomgeving.\nJe bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op locatie voor IT-incidenten, serviceverzoeken en operationele vragen.\nJe ondersteunt de werkplekomgeving, inclusief hardware, Windows-systemen, Microsoft 365 en randapparatuur.\nJe analyseert storingen, lost technische problemen op en denkt mee over optimalisaties en performantieverbeteringen.\nJe ondersteunt en beheert lokale netwerken, printers en diverse infrastructuurcomponenten.\nJe staat mee in voor het beheer, onderhoud en de verdere optimalisatie van de Windows- en VMware-serveromgeving.\nJe ondersteunt productiegebonden IT-systemen en zorgt voor een vlotte aansluiting tussen IT en operationele processen.\nJe escaleert incidenten waar nodig naar centrale IT-teams of externe partners.\nJe coördineert externe IT-dienstverleners op locatie en stemt werkzaamheden met hen af.\nJe werkt mee aan lokale IT-projecten, implementaties, upgrades en wijzigingen.\nJe houdt basisdocumentatie van systemen, processen en procedures up-to-date.\nJe waakt over de naleving van IT-security- en governance-richtlijnen binnen de organisatie.\n\nJouw profiel:\nJe hebt relevante ervaring als IT Engineer, System Engineer of in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving.\nJe beschikt over een goede kennis van Windows client- en serveromgevingen en courante Microsoft Office- en Microsoft 365-toepassingen.\nJe hebt een degelijke kennis van virtualisatie, in het bijzonder VMware vSphere.\nJe hebt ervaring met SQL-databases en het beheer ervan.\nJe begrijpt netwerk- en infrastructuurconcepten zoals LAN, WAN en WiFi goed.\nJe hebt idealiter ervaring met Cisco-omgevingen, monitoringtools en back-upoplossingen.\nJe hebt inzicht in netwerk-, storage- en IT-beveiligingsprincipes.\nJe bent vertrouwd met ticketsystemen en werkt vlot binnen een SLA-gedreven supportomgeving.\nJe hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met productie- of shopfloor-IT.\nJe werkt hands-on, servicegericht en denkt praktisch mee met de organisatie.\nJe beschikt over sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.\nJe communiceert helder met zowel technische als niet-technische gebruikers.\nJe werkt gestructureerd, betrouwbaar en oplossingsgericht.\nJe bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig en proactief kan werken.\nJe werkt vlot samen met externe partners en weet acties goed op elkaar af te stemmen.\nJe beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en kennis van het Duits is een
