taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Lead Data Analyst (M/V/X):\nJe versnelt de besluitvorming binnen de organisatie door de continue beschikbaarheid en optimale werking van analytics-producten te garanderen.\nJe identificeert de belangrijkste businessuitdagingen en vertaalt deze naar innovatieve, datagedreven inzichten en oplossingen.\nJe democratiseert data over verschillende afdelingen heen en maakt complexe analyses helder, begrijpelijk en bruikbaar voor diverse stakeholders.\nJe waakt erover dat analytics-ontwikkelingen maximaal waarde toevoegen voor de business.\nJe bewaakt en promoot best practices rond datavisualisatie, datamodellering en data products.\nJe fungeert als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt en vormt de brug tussen de business, het datateam en IT.\nJe zorgt voor de continuïteit en het effectieve gebruik van dataproducten om de prestaties van de organisatie verder te optimaliseren.\nJe lost problemen proactief op en beheert incidenten in productie op een efficiënte en gestructureerde manier.\nJe werkt nauw samen met internationale business- en IT-teams om noden, opportuniteiten en prioriteiten op elkaar af te stemmen.\nJe volgt actief marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe technologieën op en vertaalt relevante trends naar concrete opportuniteiten voor de organisatie.\n\nJouw profiel:\nJe beschikt over een masterdiploma met specialisatie in data, statistiek, data-analyse of data science, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.\nJe hebt 6 tot 10 jaar ervaring als Data Analyst.\nJe hebt een zeer sterke kennis van SQL, wat een absolute vereiste is.\nJe hebt bij voorkeur ook kennis van Python, Git en analytics-methodologieën.\nJe hebt ervaring met datamodellering, datavisualisatie en het ontwikkelen van kwalitatieve data products.\nErvaring met tools zoals dbt, Snowflake, GitLab, Power BI of Dash is een sterke troef.\nJe communiceert vlot in het Engels en Frans, en kennis van het Nederlands is een pluspunt.\nJe bent organisatorisch sterk en weet complexe initiatieven zelfstandig te leiden.\nJe beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en slaagt erin om verschillende stakeholders met elkaar te verbinden.\nJe werkt autonoom, oplossingsgericht en met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en
