Duties may include:\nInvolvement in month end processes and reporting timetable becoming involved across all month end tasks as time progresses and adhering to the reporting timetable\nAssisting with year-end procedures and tasks as required\nPosting of monthly completions including the reconciliation of cash against system info\nMonthly reconciliation of all sales ledger balances\nCredit control duties to ensure that all amounts owed are recovered as quickly as possible\nMatching purchase orders, GRN’s and invoices\nProcess documents for and prepare payment run batches for purchase ledger, subcontract ledger and staff expenses\nDeal with payment/invoice queries\nAssisting with monthly CIS submissions\nWorking across all finance department functions as required in order to deliver on timetables and departmental requirements\nDocumentation of financial procedures and practices \nContributing towards the development of improved processes and best practice across the department\nAdherence to company Health & Safety procedures and policies\nAbout you:\nSelf motivated and accountable\nAccuracy - numeracy and written\nOrganised and Reliable\nExperience of working in a busy finance function\nStrong IT Skills including Excel and Word.\nWhat's in it for me\nOur Principles - The Robertson Way\nOur principles are our roadmap to achieving positive outcomes and delivering on our purpose.
